Okay, I know given my track record my favorite had to either turn out to be a douche, die and/or end up being hated by the majority of the fandom, but still… Why did Lorin have to die? T_T He had the potential to actually be the most likable (not to mention handsome) character there? I understand that the Chosen died in the book as well (correct me if I’m wrong as I haven’t read any of TSC), but from what I’ve heard they’ve changed a lot, so really I don’t see why he couldn’t live. Plus, with Lorin we wouldn’t have to have yet another goddamn love triangle. When are those going to die out, literally NOBODY wants them, ugh. I have a feeling the one we have here is going to kill the show and split the fandom in two (if not three since even I, despite not being into slash and femslash, think Amberle and Eretria have the most chemistry), because that’s just what happens when you develop triangles more than the actual plot. :/
I’m obviously not gonna drop TSC since I love fantasy and elves and LotR is the book of my childhood and this one is eerie similar to LotR visually – but yeah, if it ends up revolving around the triangle above everything else I’m gonna be extremely disappointed.
Whoops, I vented again. xD
Long story short: I don’t think I’ll love any character on this show as much as I grew to love this one during two episodes, ah well, sucks to be me. :D And I know not many will care for this video, but since I'm pretty sure no one else will vid Lorin I just had to make this.
