I make these Salads every year for Christmas! Guests ask for more! Easy and Delicious!

Ingredients:
Salad One:
Green Lettuce
2 tomatoes
cucumber
1 red apple
For the dressing:
1/4cup mayonnaise
2tbsp olive oil
1tbsp apple cider or white vinegar
1tbsp honey
Salt and pepper to taste

Salad Two:
Romaine lettuce
Red bell pepper
Cucumber
Cooked Ham
Sweet corn, cooked
Dill
For the dressing:
1/4cup plain or natural yoghurt
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1tsp mustard
salt and pepper to taste

Salad Three:
White cabbage
Cucumber
Carrot
Red apple
Red onion
For the dressing:
Fressh lemon juice from one lemon
2tbsp olive oil
1tbsp honey
1tsp yellow mustard
