2) You can now reserve your business name or company name online and register or incorporate it from the comfort of your own home or office in a few easy steps:

3) Access the OBRS clients’ portal by typing obrs.ursb.go.ug in the address bar of your computer browser

4) Carry out a name check in the business registry for free to find out if your favorite name is AVAILABLE

5) Apply for an individual account through the account creation process

6) Under your individual account, submit a Registration application for a Business Name or Incorporation for a Company and download your Certificate and registration documents online


7) Lastly, own a business account through the business name registration and company incorporation process after which you can do all operations that concern your business such as filing of annual returns, resolutions, legal documents among others.
