In this video we see a very hard, oxidized wall of earwax adhered to the ear canal. Suction was attempted but failed immediately due to no oil being applied prior to the appointment. In this case a Cawthorne Hook Number 6 was selected as it is small enough to manoeuvre in difficult ears where space is limited.
