逛Costco看到有牛尾,马上买了两包。今天给大家介绍的这种做法是我试过最好吃一种。

说起烹饪牛尾,有人立刻就会想到太肥、不好熟,过去我都是用高压锅来炖,但是味道总是差强人意。按照我的这种做法,汤浓肉烂,而且汤的表面并没有很多油脂的感觉,用这个牛尾煲来盖浇米饭,真是太香了!

Note:我是用铸铁锅炖了两个小时,如果不是铸铁锅炖的时间要长一些。

Ingredients:
3.3 lb (1500g) Oxtail 牛尾
2 tbsp Cornstarch 玉米淀粉
2 sticks of celery 西芹
1 lb (450g) Cherry belle radish 樱桃萝卜
1/2 Onion 洋葱
2 tbsp Tomato paste 番茄酱
Ginger 姜
1 tsp Sugar 糖
1 tsp Salt 盐
