I love a super soft chocolate chip cookie. I also can go for a good Smore's just about any time as well. So I decided to combine the two and make a Chocolate Chip S'mores cookie. This recipe is will make about 2 dozen chewy chocolate chip cookies. After a bit of cooling you'll find they are fluffy and soft. Not only is this the best chocolate chip cookie you'll ever eat, but it's also an easy chocolate chip recipe.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Ingredients:
2 sticks (16 tbsp.) of Salted Butter - Room Temperature
3/4 C of Brown Sugar (Dark or Light)
3/4 C Granulated Sugar
2 1/2 C All Purpose Flour
2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 large eggs
12 oz (1 bag) of Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

S'mores Ingredients:
Graham Crackers
Marshmallows
Hershey's Chocolate Bars

Instructions for making cookies ONLY (No S'mores)
1. Mix butter, sugars, salt, vanilla, baking soda and salt in a bowl with a hand mixer.
2. Add eggs one at a time and beat into mixture
3. Add AP Flour 1/2 c at a time until fully incorporated
4. Fold in Chocolate morsels

For cookies only, place 2 tbsp. on a baking sheet and bake for 7 - 10 mins @ 375 degrees.

S'mores Cookies
Make S'mores on a cookie sheet by doing the following:
1. place graham cracker down first
2. add chocolate bar pieces on top
3. place marshmallow on top of chocolate
4. top with cookie dough on top of marshmallow and mold around cracker
5. bake at 375 for 7 to 9 mins.
