Many of the Open World Racing games nowadays feel the same , not much innovation and mostly just re-treading the same old formula, but that wasn't the case 12 years ago with Test Drive Unlimited 2, with many details to make the environment feel like a living, breathing world. Is this the true peak of the Open World Racing genre?
