Recipe from the UK to show you How to make Easy Kinder Bueno Blondies basically blonde brownies with a Nutella Swirl – filled with chunks of Kinder Chocolate, and Kinder Bueno!

Brownies are so easy to make and these are no different they basically just non chocolate version of a brownie which makes these BLONDIES! They have become very popular recently. So many other variations you can make using different chocolates.

Same importance as brownies is not over baking them. I put them into the middle shelf and low heat 160 FAN Oven or otherwise 180. When they come out they should have a slight wobble in the centre.

If your blondies are like cake when you take them out, it simply means they have been over baked – try less time or a lower temperature next time. If they are too soft, it just means they needed longer! Baking is about experimenting.

300g Light Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
200g Plain Flour
1tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4tsp Salt
