This man Noor is a Chef at the Beezer Spicy hotel in Gulshan e Maymar area of Karachi, Pakistan. He is making Koyla Karhai since 17 years and is considered an expert in his field, a very fun guy, makes delicious Food.

here is the recipe...


Heat the oil in a saucepan . Add chopped Ginger garlic and chopped tomatoes in it and leave. Add salt n crushed red pepper mix well n fry two or three mnt. Add boiled n tendered meat in it when the gravy formed add crushed cumin n coriander seeds. Add dried maithi and green chillies. Mix well n keep on dum. Place a piece of ablaze coal on a piece of onion. Drop a few drop of oil on coal wait until cola smoke spread over karahi. Remove the coal n piece of onion. koila karahi ready to eat
