The toning segment in the verse of the song can be challenging at first. Make sure the weight is in the heel of your front leg (lunge position). Tilt your chest forward over the front let, hinging at the waist (think about making your chest parallel with the floor.) The back leg is the only leg with movement. Bend the knee, which will bring your foot up to "tip toe" position. You should feel your hamstrings and glutes working in the moving leg, and your quad is engaged in the planted (front) leg.

If this move is too difficult, feel free to replace it with a slower, forward lunge.
