TONING TIPS: muscle engagement is really important during the chorus segment (leg lifts). Keep hips forward facing, and front knee can be slightly bent if you need help keeping your balance. Make sure the back toe is pointed and squeeze at the top of your "rear" to activate both hamstrings and glutes.

Use a stabilizing wall if you need additional balance + support.
