Hope Dealers: Bringing Hope To The Inside (A McShin Foundation Documentary)

In 2018 the McShin Foundation, located in Richmond, Virginia, started the Recovery and Re-Entry Program at RSW Regional Jail in Front Royal, VA. Founded with the help of McShin Foundation President and Cofounder, John Shinholser, and McShin Foundation Assistant Director of Operations, Christopher "Cricket" Ronquest, this program was born with a vision to effectively reduce recidivism rates in the Virginia Penal System.

Follow this inspirational story documenting the inception of the McShin Foundation Recovery and Re-Entry Program within the RSW Regional Jail in Front Royal, VA. Watch as inmates work the program from beginning through graduation and prepare for their date of release.
