Standing Cardio & Abs Workout | Dance Inspired Standing Workout | 30 Mins

This is a 30 Minute Standing Cardio workout to exercise the whole body. This workout will help you burn fat as you move through a series of standing Pilates exercise challenges which will work the core, hips, legs, glutes, shoulders, arms and back. It's a full body session to give you a boost of endorphins without using any high impact exercises. Low impact on the joints with high intensity movements that require concentration and focus. A great workout for mind and body, especially if you're feeling sluggish and need motivation. Prepare for shaky legs during and post class! It will be based on my Pilates and Dance background and I decided to create this routine as the last one was so popular. It can be used as warm up to a longer workout or standalone as daily workout or active recovery session.
