Creamy Fried Corn

Ingredients:
Frozen or Fresh Corn
4 tbs of butter
1/2 cup Chopped Onion
1/4 cup Heavy cream
2 tablespoon sugar
Salt and Pepper To Taste

Instructions:
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and then add onions. Sauté for 2-3 mins, until onions are tender.
Add corn and continue to stir for several minutes.
Add heavy cream continuing to stir so the corn won't stick to the pan.
Add sugar, salt, and pepper.
Cook corn 10-15 mins, until most of the cream has been absorbed and corn is tender.
Remove and serve hot.
