Picual has over 1 Million hectares planted in Spain, yet in the crowd of picual, some stand out more than others, and this Picual is one of them. It is beautifully structured with aromas of unripe stone fruit, tomato leaf and fresh herbs and the flavour of fresh green tomato, creamy artichoke, spicy arugula and endive with a lingering green peppercorn finish. Perfect over grilled vegetables and salad greens, it's the best in scrambled eggs, and delightful drizzled over an appetizer of salty feta, fresh peaches and mint.
