Haldi 1/4 tps
Red chilli 1/4 tps
Degi mirch 1/4 tps
Hing one pinch
Oil one service spoon

Method

Ek Katori chana daal lenge usko soaked kar lenge 15-20 minutes Ghiya ko chhin lenge aur chhote tukdon mein cut kar lenge 2 glass Pani lenge usmein namak haldi desi ghee ghiya aur chana daal sabko kukar mein Dal denge aur full gas per whistle lagva lenge aur uske bad slow to medium per 15 20 minute ke liye rakh denge jisse ki daal acche se gal jaaye Pak jaaye aur achcha texture aa jaaye dusri taraf ek Pan lenge usmein job pyaj garlic aur ek service spoon oil dalkar jeera dalkar fry kar lenge one pinch hing bhi dalenge aur fry kar lenge fry karne ke bad chop tamatar dhaniya hari mirch sab Ko Dal denge aur degi mirch Lal mirch kasuri mein thi isko bhi dalkar thoda sa fry kar lenge tamatar thoda sa chopper dhoke Pani bhi Dal lenge jisse ki hamare masale Jale nahin thoda sa cook hone ke bad usko message se match kar denge jisse ki achcha sa gravy ban jaaye aur jo humne daal bail ki hai usko khol kar check karenge Jo Tadka banakar rakha hai usko usmein mix kar denge mix karne ke bad 5-7 minute ke liye gas per cook karenge mix hone ke bad usko butter dalkar serve kar lenge
