What a home inspector looks for in your home

Описание к видео What a home inspector looks for in your home

Patrick Walchuk explains some of the most common items that a home inspector will check for you, as the buyer of any home. We advise all buyers to get a home inspection done, as it can save you a lot of trouble and money if there's something major wrong with the house you want to purchase.

After your home inspection you will have three options, buy the house as is, walk away due to big issues with the house, or ask for a reduction in price, or have the owner fix any issues before moving forward.
