Pong Pong Prawn Fritters (how to make it super crispy?) | Ingredient list provided

Pong Pong Prawn Fritters, Ah Pa made one mistake and it's shown in this video, which is having a little too hot oil at the beginning, hence the prawns fritters were quite dark for the first round. Do make sure the oil temperature is not too hot when u deep fry the prawns ya. Ingredient lists below:

Ingredients:
9 pieces of prawn (removed the head and shell but keep the tail)
Few drops or premium fish sauce (for marinade the prawn)
Few dashes of white pepper (for marinade the prawn)

Ingredients of Making Batter
One cup of self-raising flour (cake flour)
2 teaspoons of corn starch
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of fine salt
Few dashes of white pepper
Appropriate amount of cold water
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
