Discovering America by Bicycle | PART 3: ACROSS PUGET SOUND

In the 3rd chapter of our trip we leave the Olympic Peninsula for the mainland of Washington. Please feel free to leave comments and make sure and hit that SUBSCRIBE button!!! From Kitsap State Park on The Hood Canal, we direct our cycling tour to Kingston Ferry, where we cross Puget Sound into Edmunds. From there we skirt the metropolis of Seattle on the Burke Gilman Trail along Lake Washington, the Sammamish River Trail and East Lake Sammamish Trail, to Issaquah. A series of unfortunate adventures along the Preston Snoqualmie Trail confounds our efforts to reach North Bend and the start of the Palouse to Cascades Trail which will lead us over the Cascades. In the end we reach North Bend and the spectacular mountains and forests of the Cascade Range.
