This Art Meditation (or Art Therapy) technique is quick, newbie-friendly, and satisfying! This particular practice is great for clearing out overthinking, worry, and general brain fog. No experience, skill, or color theory knowledge needed to engage in this practice!

Art supplies used in this video:

- watercolor paper
- three watercolor brush pens
- one water brush pen (filled with water)
- Sharpie marker
- 2 paint markers
- washi tape
