Join Rocky to explore upper-body and lower-body drills! You'll begin with dynamic mobilizing practices from child's pose, tabletop, and lunges. After that comes squatting and hopping, then you'll move on to the drills. These drills include plank slides, dynamic single-leg lunges, simulated pull-ups, plyometric jumps, and more. Have a blanket and a hardwood floor to slide on (though if you only have carpet, you could try using paper plates instead of a blanket). Ready to feel stronger?
