"We're gonna get justice for our mom" | Dale Warner's arrest feels like vindication for Dee Warner's

The last time WTOL 11 saw Rikkell Bock, one of Dee Warner's daughters, she was on the stand testifying during a hearing to declare Dee Warner dead.

"It was really nerve racking only because I was, you know, almost reliving that day," said Bock, on Saturday.

Earlier in the week, on Tuesday, Bock received a call while at work letting her know that her step-father, Dale Warner, had been arrested and charged with her mother's murder.

"I was in disbelief for one. I waited 2 1/2 years for this day to come but the reality of hearing it hurt more than I could ever imagine," said Bock.

For over 2 years, Dee's disappearance was often considered by many people to be just that - a disappearance - a missing persons case.

But from the very beginning Rikkell says she and her family believed Dee had been murdered and that Dale was the killer.
