We move on to the Driving Force that propels the bb down your barrel. Cylinder Head, Cylinder, Piston head, Piston, Tappet Plate, and Air Nozzle.

Improvement at the core of your AEG

One key thing to do that I forgot to mention, Use Thread Lot on the Piston head to the Piston! If you don't it will become loose quick (like less than 300 rounds) personal experience on that mistake.

The only thing missing in this discussion is the Spring and Spring Guide (I did not upgrade either and thus didn’t speak of them until a later video)

The key here is AIR SEAL! A large part of low FPS has to do with a bad or leaky air seal. However, the Spring is the main Upgrade or Down grade part that has the most impact on FPS.

One thing you will most likely notice with a bad air seal is inconsistent and very spread out FPS on the chrono. (Example 5 semi auto shots might read 358, 330, 347, 332, 350) While a very good air seal will be more like (350, 348, 351, 349, 346) These are just examples, but the point is; numbers are much closer together in a good air seal. In this example a M100 spring is probably used, put in a M110 and it will most likely bump up the FPS to 380ish or more.
