NBE Staff who is mother of two children has been sexually harassed by Dr.Bipin Bhatra, Executive Director of National Board of Examinations since 2 years. Even after filing FIR against him no action has been taken.

If conduct of any higher authority is bad then how can that person is eligible to give fair and transparent others.
