We ran 7 marathons in 7 days in 7 states!

In this video, Amelia and I take on the challenge of running 7 marathons in 7 days across 7 states: Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania. With no formal support or sponsorship, we organized everything ourselves with the help of our friend Elizabeth to be our driver and support crew.

Each day, we tackled a marathon distance—pushing through heat, humidity, and fatigue—before wrapping up with the Run for the Elk marathon in Emporium, PA, on day seven. We didn't have a set training plan, just a mix of trial and error as we tried to figure out how to handle a challenge like this.

Watch as we navigate the ups and downs of running across state lines, dealing with physical and mental exhaustion, and learning what it takes to keep moving forward.
