The Tuffhead... 9 of Dr. Ashby's 12 Factors for Enhancing Arrow Penetration from 1 Broadhead???

If you have been following along with this build, we are now building the pointy end of the sharp stick.
The broadheads used in this video are Tuffhead 225g glue on. I am using Ethics Archery Tuffhead Broadhead stainless steel glue on adapters.
This video outlines how to put the broadhead onto the adapter, ensuring they spin true.
These broadheads cover MANY of Dr. Ashby's 12 factors for enhancing arrow penetration.

Factor 1: Structural integrity. By using quality components, and not using threads, we are JB Welding these together to stand up to hard impacts.
Factor 3: FOC. 392.6 grains total point weight.
Factor 4: Broadhead Mechanical Advantage. 3:1 mechanical advantage by using a broadhead that is 3x longer than the cut diameter. This allows it to slice muscle, sinew, and cut bone more easily. Think of a wheel chair ramp.
Factor 5: Shaft diameter to Ferrule Diameter. The back end of the ferrule is over a 6mm opening.
Factor 6: Arrow mass or Weight. Obviously with almost 400 grains on the front, I will have plenty of weight for keeping momentum.
Factor 7. Broadhead Edge Finish. These heads come ACTUALLY HUNT SHARP from the package. I will show this on video. They will be further sharpened, honed and stropped in later videos. Stay tuned for those.
Factor 9. Broadhead Arrow Sillhouette. The smooth transitions of the Tuffhead helps to aid in penetration. With no hard bumps or rough transitions, they should really slip easily into wild game.
Factor 10. Type of Edge Bevel. Tuffheads come in single bevel. Single bevel heads are naturally sharper because the angle is narrower or more acute. They also promote rotation through media and fracture and torque bone apart.
Factor 11: Tip Design. According to the Natal Study, Tanto style tips performed the best in penetration. These heads have a Tanto style tip.
