The Rainbow Theatre was one of London's premier music venues in the 1970s and early 80s. Band's ranging from the Who to the Jam, the Grateful Dead and Bob Marley all played there. Mark Chatterton interviews Rick Burton, former stage manager at the Rainbow about his time there, the history of the place, it's unique architecture, who player there, what live albums were recorded there and what it was actually like back in the golden age of rock 'n roll.
