Hello Everyone!
We are back with a new recipe of Mula ko Achar. Mula ko achar or Radish pickle recipe is probably the most popular pickle used in Nepalese Kitchen. White radish is sliced in the shape of french fries and dried in the sun for few hours. Then it is mixed with different spices and oil. It is filled up in a glass jar and left to ferment for a couple of weeks. After few weeks it gets sour and spicy. Mula ko achar is so easy to make and delicious to eat.

Here is the complete list of the ingredients:
1 large white radish
10-15 green chilies
10-15 cloves garlic
1½ tbsp salt
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp crushed chili
4 tbsp mustard seeds (powdered)
1 tbsp cumin (roasted and powdered)
2 tbsp coriander (roasted and powdered)
200 ml mustard oil
