This Mula ko achar Recipe is an authentic recipe from Nepali cuisine. Almost every Nepali around the globe is familiar with this dish because it is so popular in Nepal. Khadeko mula ko achar (खादेको मुला को अचार) is everyone's favorite.

Fermented radish pickle is one of my favorite side dishes. It pairs so well with any Nepalese main courses like Dal Bhat Tarkari and Mula ko achar.


Ingredients For: Khadeko Mulako Achar

Radishes (2, large, thickly sliced. Refer to the picture to get an overview)
Green Chilies (9-11, sliced in half)
Mustard Powder (1/2 cup)
Turmeric powder (1/2 table spoon)
Salt (According to taste)
Red Chili Powder (2 table spoons)
Oil (1 cup)
Garlic ( 10-11, sliced in half)
