-Practitioner may be internal or external
Things involved before entering to an OD relationship are
-Clarifying the nature of organization’s current functions, issues and problems
-Relevant client system for that issues, members who can directly impact change issues and so on
-Selecting an OD practitioner
-Competencies, skill and knowledge match between OD practitioner and client system
