Instant Pot Taco Rice Bowls:
2 lbs. ground beef, cooked and drained

1- 1.5 cups Salsa *video here:    • Slow summer farmhouse kitchen canning...  
1 medium onion (I grated it but chopped is fine too!)
2 cups jasmine rice
4 cups water
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup corn, drained
Cook on regular pressure for 10 min. You can quick release if needed or let set until time to eat with the warmer setting. Top with chips, salsa, greek yogurt or sour cream, cilantro, jalapenos, etc. Load it up or keep it simple!
