Its festive season and we’re gonna go out of control looking at all these delicious snacks. But we got you !🎉🎊
Here is a healthy alternative for Diwali mithais. These apricot energy bars are sugar-free and of course so delicious 😍😋

It takes only 10 minutes and 4 ingredients to make them🤩

✅ Ingredients
➡️1 cup organic dried apricots (Khubani)
➡️1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
➡️1/2 cup coconut powder/ unsweetened shredded coconut
➡️3 tablespoon coconut powder/ unsweetened shredded coconut for rolling
➡️1/3rd a cup of milk

✅Method
➡️Pulse the dried apricots ,Oats,milk and coconut powder in the food processor to process it till it comes together. Make sure the apricots are seedless!

➡️Take the mixture out with a spoon and place six spoons onto a greased tray and put it in the oven at 250 degrees for 10-15 mins.

➡️Once done, take the mixture and roll it into a small ball, to just shape it well. Repeat this process until you have used all of the baked mix.

➡️You may put a little oil on your hands to prevent too much sticking.

Roll each ball in the coconut to coat.
Serve🍚
