This video shows you how to make authentic Finnis ryebread in your home owen. The video doesnt have any subtitles but I will have a written recipe down below from a blogger named My vintage cooking.

This link contains pretty similar recipe for a finnish rybread. Every step is well taught and easy to understand, eaven the rye sourdoughstarter is taught there!

Measurements are a bit different from my recipe, but that is ok! Read the links content and watch my video to get a better view on how to make this classic bread!

(This was a great recipe but I would recommend to proof the bread after shaping by leaving it to rise on the bakingpan for 1 hour or until it has cracked from the top. Then bake in a hot owen).
