- For extra care give your egg an iodine bath every once in a while and rise with clean water

What to use for lubrication?
Use unscented oils safe for internal use like coconut oil, almond oil or grape seed oil.
If your yoni egg is drilled, use unwaxed and unflavored dental floss to string it.

Contraindications for working with a Yoni Egg:

Do not use a yoni egg if...
... you are currently pregnant.
...you are on heavy flow days of your period.
...you have not yet had your first ever bleed.
...you currently have an infection (yeast, herpes...)
...you are wearing an IUD (you can do practices, but you should not let the egg get to your cervix or engage in advanced weightlifting as it could dislocate the IUD)
