- Always rinse with running water and soap before and after use
- Place in almost boiling hot water for ca. 5min regularly
- For extra care give your egg an iodine bath every once in a while and rise with clean water

What to use for lubrication?

Use unscented oils safe for internal use like coconut oil, almond oil or grape seed oil.
If your yoni egg is drilled, use unwaxed and unflavored dental floss to string it.
