Ingredients for Dal Paya l Goat Trotters Curry
3 Goat Trotters / Paya
2 Onions
4-5 Black Pepper Corns
3 Cloves
3 Green Cardamoms
½ Tsp Cumins
1 pc of Cinnamon
1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Salt to Taste
½ Tsp Turmeric Powder
3-4 Tbsp Oil
2 Bay Leaves
1 Small Onion finely sliced
1 Tbsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
1 Tbsp Coriander Powder
3 Tbsp Chana Dal
½ Cup Curd
½ Tsp Garam Masala Powder
