Xylem Pump Test Facility in Pewaukee, WI

Take a look inside Xylem’s pump test facility in Pewaukee, WI, USA, one of the largest indoor pump test facilities in North America. The center of the test facility is the 440,000-gallon (1,665 m3) wet pit area where the largest of the pumps are tested. A dry pit runs along two sides of the wet pit and includes a bank of guide rails for submersible pump testing. Opposite to the dry pit is a pressurized above-ground dry pit testing area for semi-closed loop testing on pumps up to 16” (406 mm).
