Sloppy Joe's

1 1/2 Lbs ground beef/hamburger
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 onion-about 1 cup of small diced onion
1 green pepper-about 1 cup small diced pepper
3/4 cup ketchup
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4-1/2 tsp cayenne pepper(optional)
1 1/2 Tbsp tomato paste
1 Tbsp worsteshire sauce
1 Tbsp brown sugar (optional-leave out if you don't want it as sweet)
1 Tbsp yellow mustard
1/2 cup water or beef stock

Select sear/saute add ground beef and brown. Drain ground beef. Place back into foodi bowl.
Add onion and pepper saute for a few minutes then add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
Place Pressure lid on select pressure HI for 5 minutes then a natural release for 10 minutes. Remove lid and stir. If mixture too thin/liquidly simmer for a few minutes on sear/saute.
