When you need a routine that gives you the best bang for your buck, this 45 minute full body low impact cardio and strength workout for weight loss covers it ALL. I packed the best multi-tasking, multi-muscle, cardio, strength, and flexibility exercises all in one video to get YOU to your strength and weight loss goals. If you do this video consistently in combination with my fitness programs, a healthy diet, and lifestyle, you WILL see results… and I cant wait to hear all about it.
