Salt 1 tbsp
Clarified butter 4 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tbsp
Coriander chopped 6 tbsp
Dried mango powder 1 tbsp
For Tarka
Clarified butter ½ cup
Green chilies 6
Cumin 1 tbsp
Onion chopped 1 large
Garlic chopped 2 tbsp
