In this video we will see how to make rasagulla recipe in Malayalam. Bengali Rasgulla is a soft and spongy indian sweet recipe which is made with only 3 basic ingredients. It is a very easy and delicious recipe which can be made right at home. The main problem faced while making rasgulla is that the balls break into pieces while cooking. The trick to making perfect rasgulla is to kneed the paneer for at least 10 minutes before rolling into spheres. Only when kneaded for 10 minutes, the paneer will come together into a paste like consistency. Also the balls should be smooth without any cracks and should be a little smaller because when cooked they will double in size, so we need to account for the increase in size.
