Here are the goals:

1.). Review the mechanisms of primary hemostasis, fibrin formation and fibrinolysis. (A brief brief review of the first video)

2.). Understand the antiplatelet agents including drug targets and therapy

3.). Know the diseases associated with primary hemostasis including Glanzmann's Thrombasthenia and Bernard-Soulier Syndrome.

4.). Evaluate all of common anticoagulants including Vitamin K antagonists, Heparin, Low Molecular Weight Heparin and Fondaparinux.

5.). Know the common bleeding diatheses including Hemophilia A, B and Liver disease

6.). Understand fibrinolysis and DIC including it's triggers and pathogenesis.
