This is the world's smallest capacitor with such capacity at a rated voltage of 25 V. Compared to previous models of 10 uF capacitors with 25 V voltage the new capacitor is about 60% smaller, which enables one to reduce size of produced designs. Moreover, its capacity has increased 10 times compared to previous Murata capacitors of the same size, rated voltage and thermal characteristics. Small-sized capacitors of large capacity with high rated voltage are used in LED illumination circuits in such devices as LCD TVs, mobile phones and laptops.
