Evolution of Laguna Seca in Forza Motorsport (2005 - 2023 / FM1 - FM8)

Forza Motorsport 8 has been released and almost all of the tracks in it are real world race tracks. Laguna Seca is currently the only track that is available in every single FM game with the same layout. Here you can see a fast lap on it in each game with a Chevrolet Corvette race car, showing the evolution of the track and the car throughout the history of the franchise.

Laguna Seca has not only been included in every Gran Turismo game since GT2 but it can also found in every Forza Motorsport game.

There is no race car that is featuring in every single FM game in the exact same version but each game has at least one version of the Chevrolet Corvette, from the C5R in FM1 to the C8R in FM8.

Unlike the GT games every FM game has a unique look to it and the sound of the Corvette race car also changes with every entry.

The lap times were significantly faster in the first 3 games, with FM2 being the most arcade game of the series.

I have spent a lot of time on the track to record the fastest and cleanest laps possible for this video, as you can probably tell from some of the lap counters. Hopefully people will appreciate the effort that I put into this video to make it as good as possible. :)
