i am a nasm certified personal trainer with a specialty in performance enhancement ~aka how to train like an athlete~ and i am currently working on my stretching and flexibility coach certification! i train martial artists and everyday athletes to reach their fitness goals! :)

for me, this year is all about manifestation, expansion & renewal and i couldn't be more ready to achieve all the goals i've laid out for myself!

here, my goal is to cultivate a caring and conscious community and to help all who are: feeling lost on their fitness journey, looking to try meditation, wanting to heal their relationship with food, and/or live a more sustainable lifestyle :)
