Pastry dough
3 cups of flour
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup crisco shortening
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup of iced cold water
Mix to a dough and leave in fridge for at least 1/2 an hour before adding pineapple jam

Pineapple Jam
3 1/2 cups of pineapple
1/2 cup of sugar
1 tsp of ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp lime juice or lemon juice
Cook until pineapple reduce to a jam
Let it cool down and then add jam to small circles of dough.
