With so much of our time spent staring at smart phones, computers and TV's it's difficult to unplug right before bed, but the light and information from our devices keys up the nervous system and sets us at a disadvantage for trying to fall asleep.

I've found that practicing some relaxing poses like the ones in today's video help me to release the tension of the day, creating a meditative state that helps me to fall asleep right away and get a more restful nights sleep.
