In this video I use the Scott Satterlee load development technique with the Hornady 147 ELD-M and Hodgdon Superformance. We actually load 25 rounds instead of 10, and also increase the charge weight only .1 grains instead of .2 to try and develop our Pressure / Velocity curve. 24" factory RPR barrel.
