1/2 Tsp Turmeric powder
1 small grated coconut (Roasted
2 Onion sliced (Roasted)
8 - dry chillies.
1 Tbsp coriander seeds
15 cloves
10 Black pepper
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Black cardamom
Star anise.
1/2 Tsp Fennel seeds (Badishep)
1/2 Tsp peppy seeds. (khaskhas)
2 Tbsp oil
2 onion chopped
1 Tomato chopped
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste

chicken chilli Ingredients:

1 Tsp garlic finely chopped
2 onion sliced
1 Tomato chopped
2 green chilly sliced
1/2 Tsp coriander powder
1 Tsp chilly powder
1/2 tbsp soya sauce
½ Tbsp Red chilly sauce
Salt to taste
1/2 capsicum sliced
Coriander leaves

chicken fry (3rd Recipe) Ingredients

Salt to taste
1 Tsp Ginger garlic paste
1/4 Tsp Turmerie powder
1/2 Tsp coriander powder
1 Tsp chilly powder
1/4 Tsp cumin powder
lemon Juice
Coriander leaves
Rava
Oil to fry
