Zeera ¼ Teaspoon
Rai ¼ Teaspoon
Green Chili Paste 8 Green Chili
Lemon Drops 2-4
Salt 1 Pinch
Brinjal half kg
Curry leaves 1 small bunch
Roasted coconut powder 5 teaspoon
Roasted peanuts powder 3 teaspoon
Roasted sesame seeds powder 3 teaspoon
Salt 1 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
Turmeric ¼ teaspoon
Roasted dhaniya zeera powder 1 teaspoon
Tamarind 50 gram
Water half cup
Tomato paste 2 tomatoes
Coriander leaves 2 teaspoon
